Shipping policy

We currently only offer shipping to the United States, and do not ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service. All orders are subject to product availability and credit authorization.


Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Delivery Time
Expected delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not order placement. Unexpected delays can occur due to natural events, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.


Items Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at returns@thesmitheryllc.com. Please provide your order number in the email to help expedite the arrangement of a replacement or refund.
